This card came together in a funny way. I got this Martha Stewart punch a while ago and decided to try it out on a piece of scrap card stock. I set it aside and one day picked it up and thought it might look good with ribbon in it. Well I cut off a section of what I thought was white ribbon and started to weave it through and realized it was a pale grey. It looked good so I set it aside and went on to other things. When it came time to make Marianne's card I wanted to make something special so I went looking at what DP I have (and believe me I have a lot) and found this from an old favorite DCWV Cafe Mediterranean. I added the punched strip and let that be the focal point. The sentiment is from Papertrey's Birthday Basics. A few flat back pearls and the card was done. Hope she likes it and that you do also.
