Do you agree that seeing birds getting more active in spite of the snow is a harbinger of spring? I do. Unfortunately we've gotten at least 12 inches of snow in the last few days and there's nary a bird in sight. Rats!
I colored up this image from PaperTrey's Through the Trees set. The trees are one stamp and the birds are separate. Makes it easy to color them any way you want. I chose this Memento Cantaloupe color just for it's cheeriness.
Using a dark brown DP on the card base and kraft for the matting gives alot of contrast, that highlites the image.
We're headed up north for the weekend so I'm setting this post up ahead of time.
